SAFETY
Everyone from our vice presidents to our roughnecks are committed to workplace safety. Treo is very proud of the safe working environment we have created for our people. Treo promotes a safety culture. We hold regular safety meetings to ensure safe work practices are understood and followed, and maintain our equipment properly so it's always safe to operate. Our field supervisors are there to support you. They perform routine site inspections to ensure employees are following safe operating procedures.
Treo has a graduated safety certification program. Before you start working on any level for us, you must earn your H2S Alive and fall protection tickets, plus complete a petroleum safety training course. As you advance in your career, you'll earn extra safety tickets that complement your career path. We pay for safety training courses for all returning employees.
